BIOGRAPHY
Dominik Neidlinger is an architect and urban planner born in Stuttgart (Germany) in 1967. He studied architecture and Urban planning at Stuttgart University and the Architecture school of Lyon. He founded in 2004 the franco-german group ZNAA, Zeuner Neidlinger Architekten Architectes (Strasbourg/Stuttgart/Berlin) and takes part in architectural and urban projects in France and Europe. Since 2012, he is in partnership with the office ERANTHIS (Lyon/Strasbourg). He is a member of the executive board of the ENSAS since 2012.
His research focuses on the Upper Rhine region. He is a member of the organization “Eco-quartier Strasbourg” (self-promotion projects in partnership with the City of Strasbourg) and the organization Maison européenne de l’architecture – Rhin Supérieur. Dominik Neidlinger teaches Urban planning since 2001 in various Architecture school in Germany and France (Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, ENSA Strasbourg, HTW Saarbrücken). He is responsible of the franco-german Double Master ENSAS-KIT.
RESEARCH
Dominik Neidlinger is a member of the University network est membre du réseau universitaire Hochschullabor – IBA - University Laboratory initiated by the IBA Basel 2020. His research and publications focus on 3 themes : the urban project, the post-industrial landscape and the urban transformations of the 21e century, and the habitat as an architectural and urban production.
